The NCAA had provided Mizzou with a verbal notice of inquiry (i.e. the beginnnig of an investigation) prior to Haith’s defection.

Per the NCAA: “On April 14, 2014, the enforcement staff issued a verbal notice of inquiry to the institution.”

Martin also inherited K.J. Walton and Frankie Hughes.

Both announced their transfers on April 4 2017, about two and a half weeks after Martin was hired. Since you count Shane Rector as an Anderson transfer, I’m assuming you count Walton and Hughes as Martin transfers.
