DACA isn't derived from law or lawful in any way, shape of form. It is specifically an executive protocol to describe violation of our immigration laws. The fact that liberal Federal Judges find reason to prop it up does not recommend it's legality. They are acting as part of the resistance against Trump and normal thinking Americans.
