Just Donnie using his "shiny new thing" approach to distraction, thinking he has the power to control media access in opposition to our free press.

It was the most stupid set-up I have ever seen. Do you think that they have young WH interns at the ready to seize microphones from the WH press pool? Me neither. That was set up as one of Donnie's distractions.
