then who gets to decide who is a journalist and who isnt'? and why is a journalist's right of "freedom of speech" and "freedom of the press" any more important than say my freedom to exercise religion or freedom to peacefully assemble...inside the WH?
acosta's "right" to be there is no more constitutionally protected than my right to demand access and hold a prayer vigil inside the WH.
I would just stop having press conferences altogether. they are worthless usually anyway. or if Acosta is let back in I'd just never call on him ever again.
i think Trump will lose the lawsuit, but i wholeheartedly disagree with the idea that Acosta's rights are somehow being violated.
