I didn't suggest that everything can be learned from interpersonal interaction. I also didn't suggest that people don't rely on stereotypes at times. That's not the debate.

I was suggesting that people should try to see people less collectively and more individually. This change starts internally and takes time externally. The whole point of my first post was to suggest that people make the internal change.
