the Constitution. Consider, if we have too many laws today, why would we not expect to eventually have too many in any state? Or, based on history, in ALL states? Why not drop control to counties, to any town, for basically the same reasons? Surely you realize that with this system, there would have been slaves far longer than we had them. Potentially could have had them today.
