could be made that enhanced interrogations are NOT torture.i aslo see the flip side of that coin that they are torture. but that is beside the point what i personally think.

once again, he didn't work on those issues, has never rendered a legal opinion on those issues, wasn't asked about it and had he been asked would have been wise to not offer specifics anyway.
