the one tangential involvement was telling a few others that Justic Kennedy would NOT be ok with labeling someone an enemy combatant without due process and legal counsel.

he's authored zero legal opinions on torture.

he wasn't asked about torture in his hearing.

had he been asked about enhanced interrogations he would be wise, as he was on other issues, to avoid specifics, to prevent him from having to recuse himself on a case involving any of those issues.

why you continue to insist he answer a question he was never asked is beyond me.
