provide one of his opening introductions and so I am certainly open to it. He clerked under Kennedy who is/was a known wild card.

I am not going to oppose the selection simply because a moron made the appointment. Am I upset that Garland never got his fair shake? Yes. Such is life though -- there is also a chance both him and Gorsuch are impeached.
