besides it coming at a time when the beneficiaries of it deserve it the least is that the GOP's pretty clear plan all along has been to increase the deficit and the national debt in order to be able to sacrifice Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare.

Which is really a sadistic thing to do considering a lot of people rely on each of those literally to stay alive.
