An actual rootin-tootin Congressional Declaration of War, war.... Not a Vietnam War or a 'War on Terror' war... a REAL war.

The Rosenbergs were executed for espionage, not treason.

Aaron Buss was accused and acquitted. Chief Justice John Marshall, who acquitted Burr, said that to prove treason, "war must actually be levied against the United States ... conspiracy (to levy war) is not treason."
