sure you know practicing & getting ready for the World Golf Championships at Bellerive in 2001. Then some more waiting around in St. Louis following it’s cancellation due to 9/11 occurring that week (it occurred during the Tuesday Practice Round that week) & the resulting travel restrictions in the US following it.

He was hurt for the BMW Championship in 2008, but has played it privately on another occasion.

In any case, this will be after all that time his first tournament rounds at Bellerive. The gallery will be enormous.

If he’s in contention on Sat & Sun not only the galleries but the ratings will be off the chart.

He’s one of the favorites to win (4th highest). Here’s the opening Vegas odds for the 100th PGA Championship that came out following The Open Championship:
