investigation into the HRC email scandal was a sham. I have made no secret about it that i have run 1,000's of investigations. including probably somewhere around 80 (maybe more) hand in hand with the FBI and 100's with the ATF.

The case was 100% not handled in any manner that is consistent with good investigative practices based on all the information that has been released.

And top that off with the known animus, toward Trump, of two of the integral players in the investigation.

it was a sham investigation and it was a sham conclusion relying on an element of the crime that is not present in the statute.
