can be a mess around game time.

The benefit, most games are evening games so you have traffic going in opposite directions. Those leaving work/downtown heading to the suburbs and those leaving home to the ballpark.

West Bottoms could still have room to tailgate. It would revitalize that area. Condos, bars, nightlife, hotels, restaurants.
