What features would u want in Royals new downtown ballpark?

West Bottoms, with KC skyline as the backdrop.

I am thinking real KC BBQ, not Sweet Baby Rays concession stands.

Brick, but still modern. Outfield experience.

More suites and all-inclusive areas for all the new corporate partners they would attract with season tickets/suites.

A new hotel and apartment complex overlooking left or right field wall.

Maybe a Ferris wheel?

New and improved fountains.
