Jeez they need to call more fouls and clean up the game and force players to actually move their feet to get in good position and play legit defense as opposed to the mugging they do now. I'd move the Charity line in 4 feet so that people would shoot about 80-90% from the line and really punish fouls.
They are always trying to increase offense by artificial means like adding a 3 point Line stupid shot clock but the real reason offenses are stagnant is that the Defense mugs the crap out of players and hinders their ability to score.
I'd do away with the Charge as well and make it a Defensive Foul always if you are going to the Rack then it's a pure arse foul to touch the offensive player.
Most Bball fans want POINTS and defense is just something announcers talk about and hardcore fans realize wins games.
