does not spell out the definition of a nuisance dog. So animal control and the police have their own metric for deciding when a dog becomes a nuisance.
I don't know what it is as it is not spelled out in law.
Just that once a dog is classified as a nuisance there are escalating fines.
So far all I know are the police are showing up to observe and document, but it has not hit whatever undeclared in law metric.
In otherwoeds they do show up for when no apparent law is broken.
