Winslow is arguably the greatest tight end to ever play football. Given the way the sport and the position work, he doesn't have the individual hardware Scherzer has, but he will always have an argument as the best Mizzou athlete ever.

If you want to consider all sports, J'den Cox as an Olympic medalist has an argument, as well. Likewise for Cantwell. I know there are probably other Olympians worth mentioning.
