You comestains want to believe the side of the story you WANT. Not that the woman was drunk, belligerent, uncooperative, and escalated her situation from a citation to assault on a leo.


When she kicked an officer in the nuts, all bets were off and she was going to jail. The fact she RESISTED that arrest is her problem, but don't make it out to be an act of abuse.

Oh yeah, she was on probation for a previous battery...and other related charges were dealt away in her plea deal.

She is a real angel.
