Michael and Jontay bolting after 0 and 1 season respectively, while dad stays to milk his 7-figure contract for another year? That wouldn't go over well with most MU fans.

If there is any concern about optics, Porter Sr can simply say he's choosing to resign to help manage Michael and Jontay at the next level.
