Great, donate your own money to disaster relief projects, or go to those areas yourself and pitch in.

Great, there are numerous ways to directly and indirectly help these sorts of people with your own money.

"I would not refuse medical treatment to anyone who could not pay. Even mexicans who are here illegally in emergency rooms."

This one may be difficult if you are not a doctor/health care provider and you are not in a position to voluntarily provide these services. Nonetheless, there are charitable funds for these types of issues, and you are welcomed to donate your own money to them.

"I would not refuse to deliver food to starving people in haiti or elsewhere."

Great, you can donate your own money to this cause. Or you can bundle up some food and take it to Haiti yourself.
