all the time to side he usually rules in favor of. He's being tough on the prosecution to prevent any appeals being successful. This is a speedbump for Manafort and you know it. He's going to prison.

And every prosecution is going to have problems like this. When they actually fail to get a conviction, then you might have a case. But if the most die-hard Trumpian must admit this doesn't look good for Manafort.
