have jurisdiction to try the case that is a pretty rough start.
When a second runs into problems during the discovery phase that is troubling.
When you realize that these are the first two cases to make it this far it is safe to say Mueller is having a very rough start to his prosecutions.
At this point you have no idea what will happen with Manafort, the judge could very possibly rule there is no jurisdiction and toss the entire thing.
If he loses Manafort and Flynn then he has nothing. It is obvious that they have completely given up on collusion. Without collusion everything else falls apart.
