It's simply unrealistic to say that the only three pitchers we should use the rest of the season are Rice, Norman & Daniel. First of all, Daniel is hardly any better than Baumgartner. If Rice's usage is increased, can you imagine how bad & exhausted she will be in another month or so considering the fact that she falls apart after around four innings now in each game. She isn't in good enough shape to shoulder an increased role. Norman who is now our #1 could likely see her innings increased. Scates is pretty much unusable at this point.

Some times you just gotta role the dice. That's what coach Fogue did today.

I know I'm going to get a lot of crap for this comment but I think our coach should be referred to as "coach Fogue". No one on TB ever referred to our previous coach as "Ehren" so why start using the first name now? Is it because it's a female & not a male? Age? Experience? Perhaps I'm being silly, but that's how I feel.
