You can't start your 4th or 5th best pitcher against a good high school team and expect to win a game. Not this year.
Jeez, 4 innings to go to avoid a pretty much season ending humiliation against SEMO, down 5-0 in the second game.
Why do you start Baumgartner instead of Rice in a must win game? Just a stupid decision. She got shelled against SEMO, lol. Maybe Gina thinks this is a great chance to get some players in who will or should never see the field in an SEC contest. The only 3 pitchers we should be using in any game the rest of the season are Rice, Norman, and Daniel. Jesus.
Apparently she isn't interested in getting Mizzou to a .500 record and another NCAA tournament berth.
Just inexplicable.
