any fool off the street could coach this team. All you seem to want is a mamsy pamsy coach. A coddler. Then all you'll ever get IMO is a soft team of give-up losers. Sounds like you've bought into the Sterk model for Women's softball; i.e., he doesn't give a damn about it.
