1). Wray viewed parts of the IG report and the Nunes memo
2). The very next day McCabe steps aside and takes terminal leave (and this is after Wray told Trump he would step down if forced to fire McCabe)
3). Horowitz shared his report with the FBI
4). The FBI recommends McCabe be fired based off the IG's report
5). Sessions takes their recommendation and fired McCabe
If you think McCabe was unjustly fired, your blame would be on Horowitz.
