If there is a God, and I assert that there is, and that we can know that there is through logic and reason, then of course he could tell us the "how" and the "why" questions we have about the universe and existence.

You asserted that knowing the answers to those questions never be answered and indeed never CAN be answered.

Your assertion could only be true if there is no God.
