and water from a completely brain dead body. As if the person that once inhabited that body still exists inside that brain. If they have a soul separate is that not torture? Alive and trapped in this world unable to communicate and unable to go to heaven?

Or if the soul moved on at brain death, then how is it a sin to leave the body die of lack of food or water?
