1. No one has the right to initiate force against one who has not used force himself
2. Crime is the deliberate physical action for which there is an infringement and victim
and yet you quite inconsistently push for the right of a mother to deliberately execute her unborn children... and twisting the arms and legs off of a human being is indeed a clear example of a way to "initiate force against one who has not used force himself".
It is also a quite clear example of a crime that "is the deliberate physical action for which there is an infringement and victim".
