I am not 'infringing' on anyones rights.

I am saying that, as a whole, WHICH IS MY ****ING POINT, that guns are not an effective means of self defense.

I dont care about those that have used guns effectively to defend their property, because as I said, there are MORE that have hurt themselves or others.

I am not saying that people shouldnt own guns for self defense. I am saying that they are more likely to do themselves or their loved-ones harm than to defend themselves. The facts are on my side.
