implement a central plan, via regulation of and punitive measures against social media sites, to weed out "nut jobs:, and then after identifying the "nut jobs" to effectively deprive those "nut jobs" of access to firearms.
He thinks the government can effectively carry that out. I imagine that he is simply ignoring the potential for abuse or the vagueness of defining who is and is not a "nut job".
