As Trump is showing with Obama’s legacy pretty much anything one president can do his predecessor can undo. The one exception to that is court appointees, those are permanent. And the SC is the big dog in that game. Trump has already placed one excellent conservative there and we could see him appoint as many as four more during his tenure.

I do not think HRC’s policies would have been vastly different to Trump’s so far but instead of Gorsuch we would have a Bader-Ginsberg clone in his place. That would have had disastrous effects for many years to come.
