remember the author or title, that talks about how someone becomes a super star. Whether it be Bill Gates, Michael Jordan or Beatles or an NHL all star.

Basically this author said there are a few factors that go in to it. The biggest ones being where you're born and when you're born. He said nobody would have known who Paul McCartney was if he was born a year later.
