growing hand over foot even more exponentially since 2013.

I’m getting one in the BPV Phase 2, but not living in it full time. Will be great overlooking Busch!

9 hotel projects underway (said 7 before recently but found out about 2 more) & multiple residential tower projects planned. One overlooking the Right Field of Busch across the intersection from the BPV luxury residential tower just got some initial approval yesterday to start construction.

Tomorrow night Mizzou will have its annual best sporting event in downtown STL. Mizzou nation is descending on its largest & only cosmopolitan city as we speak.

I’m heading to downtown tonight to party with them!

Meanwhile, some beakers will hangout at that Little P&L wannabe thing with a dark arena across the way.
