anything being discussed about this topic.
One “everybody” is an absolute & absoutes, like this, are false.
All crime stats show kc’s Crime Rate, including Violent Crime, much higher & significant more widespread, but you don’t like that accurate absolute, so you try to deny it, smh.
Articles using Homocide numbers to subjectively label STL as one of the most dangerous cities are only correct from the perspective of measuring just the much more segregated, secluded Homicide that is within a couple of areas/hoods in The City of STL, Not the County, which makes up a large part of the much more vast & bigger Metro of STL, which is ranks the 2nd Safest in America.
The City of STL does not sit in a County & that makes it quite unique, while skewing said articles & creating sweeping false narratives. The combining of the City of STL with the County of STL not only makes it the 7th largest city in the US, but drops it’s Homicide Rate into the mid 90s in ranking, while kc, who does not have the benefit of that distinction (City/County) has a Homicide Rate 4.5 tines higher than the National Average & is in the mid 30s in Homicide Rank - 3x higher than STL as I have always acruately & correctly stated here!
