Everyone is allowed their opinion. If you choose to be positive about being second rate then in my view you're not a real Mizzou fan. If I listen to people like you I should have said no no just give KA 5 more years he'll turn it around. I would have bought into excuses like 'he took over a tough situation' and hailed one 2 or 3 star recruit after another. I'm a real Mizzou fan and I'm estatic about our new BASKETBALL COACH! I feel no matter how this season turns out we make the big dance or NIT or nothing... I feel like the coach we need to win the whole thing is in place.
As for the other BAD HIRE TRUE MISSOURI SON BARRY. Nothing you say will change the fact he's winning with Pinkel recruits against teams that are bad who also fired their coaches.
So I question why Mizzou spends nearly 200 million on renovations to their football facilities then hire the weakest, least experienced, lowest paid coach they can. Does that make sense to you?
I question why he can't recruit his own state? And somehow I'm in the group of crybabies.
If Barry's performance was for the Florida Gators, Alabama, Notre Dame, USC, Ohio State, LSU, and the list goes on he'd already been run out of town with pitch forks or I should say he would never have been hired!
