I think the Mizzou's season has been remarkable. Starting 1-5 is bad. No two ways around that. But the Mizzou team rallied around their coaches, gutted out 6 straight wins when most teams would have folded up their season like a cheap lawn chair. Look around the college landscape and you will see talented teams that under performed and quit on their coaches.
This is the kind of stuff i look at. Also five named to the All SEC freshmen team argue that regardless of the number of stars (*) the players had when recruited, it is the level of play that counts and that's speaks to two things: Coaching and player development.
