There is no question Nebraska followed NCAA guidelines and allowed partial qualifiers. The question would be, why didn't other schools in the ole big 8?
The 97 NC team had 4 partial qualifiers that started. That is no different then having 4 juco's.
A partial qualifier is no different then a JUCO..kid can come to school, cannot compete in year one, has to get his grades and requirements up to par, if they do, then they have 3 years to compete.
That article is classic, coming from JUCO heaven KSU...haha
