I confess to having an internet addiction

I have been telling my friends I am addicted for a couple of years.

I am interested in the brain chemistry aspects, what with being addicted myself.

I spend anywhere from 3 to 4 hours a day on the internet. When I think back on what I have gained through that massive investment of time over the past year the answer is always not much. It is a huge time waster. But I am retired so I have plenty of time to waste.
