not have to jump straight up to avoid a foul. He only has to be set and not moving INTO the ball carrier for a very small amount of time. He could stick his hands in front of himself if not moving, by the rules.

I've mentioned refs some, and given probably the only solution which will make them competent and accountable, but of course was ridiculed by the TB clown section, none of whom had any ideas of their own.

Oh, and as I said early in game (other than that they had superior guards, also producing ridicule from the resident buffoons) was that we should be trying to penetrate inside, just like they did. If nothing else, try to get some of those block calls as well (which are really charges but who cares.)
