Jontay getting called for a foul when he was bullrushed under the basket. The rule is the rule but the rule sucks. He held his ground. That was all. Feet planted. when the guy plows into him the foul should be on the aggressor.
The announcers said he should have jumped straight up to avoid the foul. That is totally counter-intuitive. Yes, the arc. I don't think that's the situation that they had in mind when the made the rule.

The disappointment comes from knowing we had the game in hand, and gave it away because of lost composure, and a stupid call. TP and Geist both needed to protect the ball better. I think I may have had Jontay bring it up a time or two, if they were going to accept the double team and try to keep dribbling up the floor, just to take WV out of what they were doing, and maybe Barnett as well. Both are more than capable. Let them try to smack the ball away from Jontay on a double team. But really it was too much dribbling up the floor, rather than passing it ahead of the defense.
