Why shouldn't supply and demand determine rate of access?
doesn't supply and demand currently dictate that people in remote rural areas have to slug it out with crappy and expensive internet speeds or miserable TV options?
If you're a big constitutionalist ("Free speech is threatened here" tells me you must be), can you tell me what enumerated power the US government is operating under to dictate "net neutrality"?
