Whether that is a DC or a highly paid position coach like Haley, we need more assistants on that side of the ball. Also could use a stud recruiter to help.

Hiring a DC doesn't mean handing over the reins, though. An experienced guy with a philosophy that meshes with what Odom wants to do would be ideal. Not sure if that guy exists, but we should at least look.

Whatever we do, we have money to spend on assistants on that side of the ball. We shouldn't just fill out the staff with promoted grad assistant types.
