Phases are generally referred to as offense, defense, special teams.
I'd say we've made great progress on offense and defense and to a lesser extent special teams in terms of kick coverage and returns. Fatomi was already very good obviously in the punting game.
So yes, we've seen across the board improvement in all phases of the game. I stand by that statement and frankly think it's obvious to anyone paying attention.
I never said there is not still room for improvement across the board.
