Pittsburgh Pirates or Milwaukee Brewers are to the Cardinals.

Brewers can put together teams and challenge, and sometimes finish ahead of the Cardinals.

But overall the Cardinals (cubs too) have that history and special franchises.

UGA and TN have that. FLA too but it feels different with them.

I feel on even ground with USCe and Arkansas and feel rivalries will be strongest against those teams.
