on numerous things, such as improvement in execution, to some extent, playcalling, coverage, etc.

Also, maybe the team is performing to about maximum and problems are due mainly to inferior talent, in which case the coaches shouldn't be held responsible for that.

Except at some point, they MUST be held responsible for it because they recruit. And inadequate recruiting is grounds, at this level, for coach change(s).

So take your pick. An answer, now, means nothing.
