Not only keep his job but will likely get this figured out. He had a massive culture problem with coaches and players. It remains to be seen if he can win 4 of the next 5 but if he does that will mean a lot given he is having to push uphill right now. Recruiting will be fine if he accomplishes that. Maybe not great but it will be similar to what we usually get
