He was WAY too serious about it.

In addition, that room service bill floating around where #Fakenews is alleging he ordered for two, because he had two Pepsis.

What kind of partier is in Vegas, in a comped suite, with room service that was probably ultimately going to be comped as well, and orders a water and two Pepsis?
