Fin Tech Districts in America!

4 years straight of population gains in the city & just named the #1 city of choice for Millennials nationwide! The last 2 years of City of STL population gains are this biggest yet & it continues.

STL now has the biggest gains of Foreign Born population in the country - specifically the largest gains in that population of any of the largest 20 Metros (sorry kc doesn't come anywhere close to being a part of that list, lol. Maybe if they were talking about Top 40 - more than twice as small!!).

Fastest growing Top 3 Tech District in the Country! Companies & their HQs moving to STL Left & right!

The largest Federal Project in the history of Missouri & the Midwest being built in downtown right in the core of where STL 3x smaller crime rate than kc' is concentrated, as opposed to kc where it is everywhere!

That's what will be over 6000 of the highest paid, most educated, intelligence agents, scientists & engineers in the Federal Government at the $3 Billion new NSA National Geospatial Spy Agency Headquarters!! It will double in size in terms o for employees after opening & being a vital cog in STL vast & growing Tech scene. Again, right in the heart of the most dilapidated, crime area completely revitiizing it with a total game changer in one fell swoop!

Airport booming & about to go private infusing STL with an enormous new revenue source, while injecting all kinds of development at the airport!!

Phase 2 of Ballpark Village, which includes a hotel (along with the 8 other hotels under construction or planned to break ground soon in downtown STL right now) & a high rise luxury residential tower will break ground before the end of the year - announced yesterday!!

Meanwhile, Lil Sis kc will remain a leech & wholly dependent on STL like it always has & even more now with companies fleeing the dead market, like Sprint, lol!! A population already dwindling & exponentially smaller than STL gets a whole lot smaller!

kc will continue to have at least a 3x higher crime rate in the truckstop barnyard ghetto with no Fortune 500 Companies - continuing to trail Springfield/Branson in that category with the rest of MO in last place, lol! Also, barely have any Fortune 1000 Companies with Sprint gone - probably trail Springfield/Brandon there too.

Did I mention about how the dead market ghetto on the prairie can't even support itself & is dependent on the city it is so bitterly envious of, lmao!!

Some protest in a large, cosmopolitian city - you wouldn't possibly understand, since kc is too tiny & a backwards ass toilet to be of any revelance to anyone.
